Help in opening range indicator formula

Hi can any give me the formula for open range indicator.
I want metastock to plot lines on the highest high and the lowest low of first one hour of each day .
can any body please give me the formula for that :|

I already use Multicharts and i can easily do this in Easylanguage, the thing is that i am doing this for my friend who asked this question to me.
Any ways i already told him to read that book.
