Goldline System For £200

I will also sell my copy for £200.

You will have to pay the £500 annual fee if your interested

LOL!! I saw this and it all came flooding back.

I once gave the salesperson of this system a very hard time cause when they started the website they did not put ANY price anywhere for the system and it all looked very dodgy.... I had just stumbled into "trading" back then and was searching for a holy grail system :)))

So... its 200 GBP now is it?! :)))))))

Or to the nearest bidder!! ;)

£200, that is now only £300 more than I am willing to pay. So if you pay me £100 I will take it off your hands and ensure that it is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

Looks like I cannot even give it away! LOL

Basically, I've just read on a independent bussiness opportunity review site that there are a few ways to the take this matter to the small claims courts and demand a refund. They have violated there own terms and conditions (which they have sneakly taken off the web since this report was issued)

Thankfully I printed them off two years ago and included it in my pack.

I will keep you updated how I get on as I'm meeting my solicitor tomorrow to see how strong my case is. Maybe I can help other people claim back the thousands lost in this hopeless software like i did. (I was a complete Novice when I bought this)

Watch out Mark @ GoldLine, here I come...............

Interesting.

Is the business review site the one you have to pay £50 to get the information?

I have to admit  to owning a copy of the software which I bought off ebay 4 years ago. I remember they released a new version because they took a tanking on the Nikkei, basically changed the MA's and entry conditions to "suit" how the market was behaving, nothing like closing the barn door after the horse has bolted eh?

Anyway, I'd be interested to hear what exactly was said on the review site and what the grounds were for taking them to small claims.

Cheers

I too would be interested. I own a copy which I bought in October 2003 just after it had been launched.

I was pretty young at the time and a little naive for sure so I'd be very interested to see if I could get my money back.

If you need any info from my just let me know.

Thanks Conan, sounds like you were in the same boat as me! I do not suppose you have your terms and conditions from 2003 to hand? If so, please PM me with your e-mail address as the old terms and conditions might aid me.

I've submitted all the information I have to my solicitor who is going to review the grounds where I think and I can claim a refund (which I will explain at a later date if successful).

Cheers

Hi Conan,

I got no where because the company (Goldline) have gone bust or you could say they have been rumbled and they've cashed in and quit the business! Scum Bags!

Never mind, life goes on!

Guys, the company might have gone bust but you can be sure the people behind Goldline haven't. Going bust was probably part of the original business plan as it stops past customers coming after them. Then, they just setup a new company and wash, rise, repeat.

At least some of you are learning though, and have realised how naive you were. Don't worry about the naive insult, it's good to be naive when you're young (I was myself) because it's a good teacher. But it's a real crime to be naive when you're aged 40+. Sadly, 80%+ of the boiler room victims are 40+, shame they never learned, they had plenty of time........

It would appear they're back.....

I've had many a run in with these guys....

my background is bookmaking and horseracing and I decided to take them to task re the Dorchester plan and other such wonderous schemes during the 90's (I think?..the mind is weak)

and it was a a huge pile of cack alongside everything else ....

and sadly such individuals and characters can be temporarily disbursed but like weeds in a garden they grow again :whistling
