Global Markets is it time?

Is it time for global markets to reverse this long downtrend,( recession being a word to ovoid).
Ok !!. i have a gut feeling that things are just about ripe, to gradually reverse, say over the next 3months, as the days get brighter, spring in the air ect.
TA wise the Nas is bouncing along its bottom, the only way, pretty soon must be up. FTSE too is showing resistance.
What do you think??

As I have detailed in my last article, Yes, tech stocks may have reached the bottom. There is a new earning season starting soon in the States, and this will impact on sentiment.
SELECTION WILL BE THE KEY.
iN THE NEXT DAYS i WILL run searches based on criteria like, 5yr growth in profit above 105 and that kind of things.
Dotcoms last year sucked a lot of money, a lot of it!
This year will be different.
Investors may start removing the dust from those books like "Fundamental Analysis of companies" and look more in detial into the financial books.
