The upgrade may mean nothing more than those who have it want to boost the price so that they can get out of it. Otherwise, given that it's declined 70% over the past two years, don't expect a V reversal. If you love it and you're in no hurry, scale in to it. It may get closer to its book value, at which point it would represent a better buy.

Yeah I wasnt really expecting a V reversal just a quick play. Watching to see if it busts its 200 day MA
