GAIN Error 11 Pair not dealable

Has anyone had this error before when placing an order ?

GAIN Error 11 "Pair not dealable"

Anyone know what it means ?

Cost me a 50 point move today on GBP/USD.

yes, you cannot trade news events with Gain Capital.. They lock you out because they cannot realistically execute your order at the price you request due to extreme volumes..

Thanks, I'll just use a futures contract, like I normally do. I just had 3 contracts with Gain miss their stops completely today, lucky I caught it but lost 40 pips out of it. I think I will also look for a new Forex broker.

That is one of the biggest complaints about Gain, but really you just need to work your strategy around that.. There will be unfilled stops and slippage with just about anyone. I guess I use them primarily because they are so heavily capitalized, liquid and I like the software.
