FXCM MT4 Platform Freezing

Is anyone having problems with the FXCM MT4 platform freezing.

I have reported this to FXCM Tech Support who are absolutely useless and fail to return telephone calls, or answer emails.

This is so annoying as the data will not load properly or update.

What can I do?

Hi Peter,

I notice that you made your post on Saturday. Please note that we often use Saturdays to perform routine maintenance on our servers. During that time, you may not be able to load data on your platform. Please let me know if you have this difficulty during normal trading hours.
