I got invited to a questionnare session, anybody know what that consists of?

I am guessing some mathematical questions of some sort, perhaps some personality questions?

The initial meeting with Futex, will involve meeting senior management and an introduction to Futex. Futex receive hundreds of applications each month so will need to have ticked a lot of our boxes just to get in through the door!

Does anyone know what strategies backed traders are using at Futex? Is it all STIRS and other spreading stuff, or do they teach you how to trade outrights?

they have a number of traders there who graduated from their training academy who now earn in the ranges of 5k to 20k per day, who mostly trade outrights, futures and options. I spoke to their ceo Marco Rossi at the Fortis xmas party and he was more than happy to spill a few beans . He claimed they have had several multi - million pound plus days as an outfit in 2007; mostly in non-hedged bond and currency futures postions. But then he would say that wouldnt he? !!
