FTSE 100 Technical analysis

Hi, I regularly spread bet the FTSE 100, can anyone recommend any good resources to inform my trading? I am particularly looking for technical analysis websites/blogs or trading/information services?

Also, I found a site called FTSE 100 Club which offers an sms service of recommended trades, anyone used it?

I have nothing to do with FTSE 100 Club whatsoever! I'm just curious and after some general advice of FTSE 100 technical analysis sites, as I said in my post.
