I would like to know If it's possible to do the exam for FSA Unit 1 or you need to do the whole certificate or diploma that involves more than 1 papers.

You can just do the exam but wont be much use on its own. I have a complete set of Unit one books for sale cheap if you want them lol *ahem shameless plug*
