If a job asks for a trader to be fully FSA recognised then what exams are they asking for? If I wanted to be a ully recognised and qualified trader in the eys of the FSA what do I have to do?

Plenty of what's required on the FSA web site, visit - www.fsa.gov.uk

If you are USA citizen you may find this difficult if not resitdent in the UK.

I would not go and do the exams in order to try and get a job. Any job that requires FSA is going to require other experience which you will be highly unlikely to have. If you go in unqualified and the job requires it then the employer will put you through the exam process.
