Does anyone know where I can download historical futures contract data. I am after continuous end of day contract data going back as far as possible. If anyone knows of a where I can download this for free it would be greatly appreciated.

Futures have a limited life span so you won't be able to get data for them unless it's rolling front month futures in crude and maybe some metals.

Otherwise you are better dealing with spot (as futures are priced off spot). There are numerous sources for eod data. Yahoo finance is one. Depends what instruments you are looking for...?
