Forex trading agreement!

Hi,

I’m looking to open a forex mini account however I’m not really happy of the trading agreement that forex market makers/brokers ask us to sign. I have noticed that in event of them going out of business we will lose the funds?

Please how it is possible that none of them doesn’t guaranty the security of the funds?

this is a problem with a lot of brokers, just to tell you, you need to trade with a bank check out www.cbfx.com all funds are insured up to 100,000 USD in the event of problems remember though this is unused deposits not money you have already lost trading.
