Forex System vs Forex Trader

I have my own trading system here and I don't complain at all about it. After all it's profitable.

But when I look at most systems here and other places most are not the problem. So how come forex traders can't make a profit. Is it the forex trader or the forex system?

For me the forex trader is simply including a forex trading plan. Forex system is buy here and sell here.

I am doing a 1 yr challenge and would like your input.
Is it the forex system or the forex trading plan( otherwise the forex trader) ?

Keep it simple. The quickest route from A to B is a straight line. It is invariably the human element that fails. There are no shortcuts as most failure rates are through novices who cant and wont go through the correct life cycle of the learning curve. Like a novice going to a casino, losing all his money and then forming part of the statistics. I know several successful forex traders You can systemise the execution of trades, but that requires IT skills. Forex is the easiest place to make money - if you have the experience. And that doesn't come overnight!
