Forex Broker with AUD $ accounts

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a broker which has the following conditions:

1. Must have MT4
2. Must be able to open the account in AUD dollars
3. The chart time must be the same as UK time.

I know of Gomarkets and also ibfx Aus, BUT neither of these have the exact time as UK .

It could be anywhere, but has to full fill the above conditions
