Fixed rate BTL mortgages on the brink


Many lenders are beginning to withdraw their deals with regards to the fixed interest buy to let mortgages, reason being the LIBOR rates increasing. With the high LIBOR rate lenders do not want to be obligated to lending at the pre determined interest rate plus the bank base rate.

Even though limited, the fixed rate buy to let mortgages currently available are definitely the best options. An investor should grab them before they are completely out of the mortgage market.
