Firms hiring experienced traders?

Hi, I'm looking for a backed deal from an arcade/trading firm. Does anyone know of any that are actively looking for experienced traders?

The few I know of are Schneiders, Futex and Savi Trading.

Appreciate if anyone can name a few others and mention the profit split on offer. (PM me if you want).

people might be more likely to do this if you say a bit about the company and had a website

Pulsar Capital claim to offer a backed deal if you can make 3% on a sim in your first month. I think you need a high sharpe ratio as well. Dont know much about them, I believe its remote and not office based.
