On Oct 15th and 16th I had two very bad afternoons, due to odd things happening to the site. On both occasions, after explaining what had happened, the 15th talking with a dealer and the 16th by email I have had the losses of two trades, totalling 64 points, re-credited to my account, with apologies.
I thought that I would mention this due to the large number of complaints against SB companies that I have read in the past.
