Either write a Excel Macro, or (my preferred way) Using the Text to columns function in the Data menu. Highlight the cells you want, then goto Data->Text to columns. The wizard will appear. Click Delimited, then click next. Under delimiters make sure just Space is ticked. Then click Next. That will bring up the preview of what will happen and click finish if your happy with it HTH
