Excel. Putting into columns problem.

What's the procedure for putting the above information into separate columns, please?

Each column is identified by the coma. At present it is all going into one cell.

I presume the data is being imported from a file. If so either rename the file to
xxxxx.CSV and double click to open it, or use DATA, GET EXTERNAL DATA, INPORT TEXT FILE,
and import as comma delimited

I haven't got it, yet. It's strange, because I have exported it to my disk as Excel format.csv from Sharescope, double clicked, sending it to Excel and it has come out all in one cell. The Excel page has it labelled as xxxx.csv.
 
OK select the cell or column that the data is in.

then go to data/text to columns/delimited (next) comma (next) finish

that should do it !
