lol! I dont know if he goes to such events. If he does, I doubt he'd come all the way over here to the one in London, especially not with hordes of locals waiting to greet him.

I have the invitation but will be in Venice that day so likely I will rather be drinking a good wine in St Marks square. Enjoy. Seems there are a lot of people going.

Would have been good to get a beer with you tw, but enjoy Venice - I think sitting in the hot Italian sun with a nice red listening to the musicians play on St Marks would beat getting leathered off the back of your Eurex fee's and watching the England game with a load of locals

At the height of the Flipper scare, I was at a LIFFE party and a drunken local was screaming at everyone "ARE YOU THE SCHATZ FLIPPER?" I didn't know if I should be scared or amused.

and no champers or segways at all at this do unfortunately Rosso, though you might have liked the CBOT party after the FOW expo last night - they were dishing out champagne and oysters, more to your taste? another party i failed to pace myself at though, always seem to end up in a state at these free-for-all's - i wonder if theres some kind of relationship between wanting to take all the ticks in the daily range and wanting to drink all the free drinks on the table
