Hello again,
We are all here to educate ourselves to become better in our trading. Thus I share with you a picture of the EUR/USD and short MACD.
According to MACD "rules" this looks to be a classical case divergence.
Price is still going up - but it is getting harder and harder and MACD is forming lower highs and lower lows. (Quite logically since it is made up of averaged lagging price information)
Lets see if the euro will go up for a last time before dollar will strengthen and perhaps break the bottom of the incline wedge formation.
Wither or not the dollar will strengthen against the EUR - this paints a clear picture of the current fundamental uncertainty in the eur vs usd.
