April 7, 2009 – eSignal, a division of Interactive Data Corporation (NYSE: IDC) has received multiple awards and high praise from five prominent trade media outlets and industry organizations: the Trade2Win (T2W) Web site, Technical Analysis of Stocks & Commodities, World Finance, and Technical Analyst magazines and the Software and Information Industry Association.

eSignal received two gold medals from T2W, the highest honors from a leading online community Web site for active traders in the UK. For the second year in a row, eSignal also received a gold medal in the Members’ Choice Awards for the Best Real-Time Data Feed. In addition, eSignal received the gold medal in the Best A.I. Software category for eSignal, Advanced GET Edition.
Additionally, eSignal received a silver medal from T2W for Best Software for Forex Traders and bronze medals for Best End-of-Day Data Feed, Best Software for UK Intra-day Traders and Best Software for U.S. Intra-day Traders. eSignal OnDemand also received a bronze medal for Best Software for UK EOD Traders.
eSignal also brought home more awards than any other company in the annual Technical Analysis of Stocks & Commodities Readers' Choice Awards. The 2008 Readers’ Choice Awards recognized eSignal as a first runner-up in the Real-Time Data and Delayed Data categories; as a finalist in the Institutional Platform, Professional Platform and Software Greater than $1,000 categories; and as a semi-finalist in the Software Less than $500 category.

Most recently, eSignal was a finalist in the 2009 Technical Analyst Awards in the Best Technical Analysis Platform category. This was the first annual awards program held by the U.K.-based magazine to celebrate the best providers of technical analysis and automated trading. eSignal was also named a finalist in the Software & Information Industry Association's 24th Annual CODiE Awards in the Best Online Professional Financial Information Service category.
