I'm a young'ish trader trying to find my niche.
Are there any 'full time' traders out there who make a living from ES/YM/ER2 trading? I'm more into forex at the moment but notice over the last month or so I've done better from swing trading the e-mini's, mainly because some of the forex pairs I trade have been ranging or acting excessively choppy.
I'm quite fond of the emini's being regulated instruments with low transaction costs, if anyone has a good intra-day style they'd be willing to share or any suggestions I'd love to hear them.
My general trading discipline is pretty good, I don't hold 10 x ER2 contracts over a long weekend without stops, lol. I know the markets and other traders don't owe me anything, but if anyone is interested I have time to study :smart:
I'm also interested in the bund, bobl and schatz but cannot find much material in terms of strategies.
