Energy/Commodity Thread

Looks like uranium’s demand has gone down because you have not been able to see an opportunity in the market. But it is expected to increase in the near future. Just wait for the right time.
What...?

Are you talking about the demand for physical uranium? If so, that's completely incorrect and we are running at a deficit in terms for production/consumption.

More reactors are being built and current ones are seeing a life extension, and therefore sourcing future supply.

Plus, price of spot is increasing.
And more companies/entities who never before purchased spot are doing so.

Totally regretting not just adding to my Peabody Energy position at market, lol

So how is everyone doing with their Uranium investments?

Anyone here only now starting to take notice?
It's still not too late to jump on board

Took some profits on Peabody Energy (coal) too.
That has been a beauty of a position, netting me like 300%

Hoping to buy what I sold back around $16.60

Interesting day in the markets today! :)

Uranium stocks went on sale too!
I am going to see what happens tomorrow as I expect a down day (but nothing major).
I'll probably pick up more Denison Mines then

Ironic that with all the fears about nuclear energy from people around the world.
Ukraine is the 2nd most reliant on nuclear energy, lol

The fear of something almost always is grossly overestimated than the actual event reality

Been a while ladies and gents!

FWIW... still sitting patiently on my commodities portfolio to do it's thing.
Been ebbing and flowing, back and forth since my last post here but I remain confident.

A bit late but Happy New Year!
