Are there any FX brokers that charge under $2 for every $100,000 notional traded?

on Integral ecn they normally charge 0.004 commission unless when You trade big amounts.
but You can get 0.0025 trading very actively
hotspot's ecn also have good commission plans

I use Capmar Financial and they charge me $1 per lot ($100,000 notional) but I do over 1 yard per month
