Another speculation, this time for lovers of high risk oil exploration stocks.

Dragon Oil seems to have formed a saucer with handle pattern and is poised to breakout.

I'll be watching this with interest but do not intend to buy.

The price is rising, but the On Balance Volume leveled after the 18th June and the Money Flow Index went into a slight decline. I suppose it would be prudent to let the Mid March Bid price be broken.

CNE and EDG are doing well but PLR (the one that I hold) is not moving.
