US Dollar – Hovering Around 100​

DXY trades around 100.00, pressured by intervention-driven yen strength and mixed US data. The ISM Manufacturing PMI hit 55.6 (highest in 4 years), supporting the dollar. However, US-Japan coordinated intervention continues to weigh on the greenback. CFTC data shows some flows returning to USD.
Key levels: Support 99.80–99.42; Resistance 100.45–100.71.
Outlook: Neutral to bearish. NFP data on Friday will set direction.




USD/JPY – Intervention Pressure Remains​

USD/JPY trades near 157.50. The US and Japan coordinated intervention, with Tokyo spending nearly 14 trillion JPY across two rounds. RSI at 26.9 (oversold) but no clear reversal signal yet. A head-and-shoulders pattern is forming.
Key levels: Support 155.23–155.10, 152.30; Resistance 160.00–162.00.

WTI Crude – Plunges to $74​

WTI crude drops to $74.50/bbl, its lowest in 3 weeks. Trump claimed peace talks with Iran are "ongoing" despite Iran denying negotiations. OPEC+ approved a production increase of 188k bpd from September, adding further pressure. Iran refuses to allow alternative shipping routes through Hormuz.
