I have attatched a chart with what I think is RSI divergence. Does this qualify as RSI Divergence or not? Please view the png file. Thanks for any help.

I don't see RSI divergence (wrt price) on the green line you have drawn.
However it is evident from May to Dec 2007, where the RSI made lower highs while the price continued to make higher highs.

Ok, so the price should not dip below my green line and the RSI should not dip below the green line. Correct? If this would not have occured then it would have been positive RSI Divergence. Right?

The staring point of reference, around Nov 2005 is perhaps too far back.

Make a line on top of the price, and RSI, from May to Dec 2007. There is divergence.
The latest line would be from Jan 2008 to present, underneath both price and RSI. You would not see divergence there.
A point to remember is do not look for divergence where it's not. If it doesn't jump out at at you, it's probably not divergence.
