Help!
Can anyone tell me the dividend per share for Bradford & Bingley and BG Group please?
BB. went ex-divi on 22/08/07 with the interim divi payment due around 05/10/07.
BG. went ex-divi on 08/08/07 with the interim divi payment due around 14/09/07.
Although I know these dates, I can't find any reference to the actual forthcoming interim dividends on their respective web sites. My wife tried phoning both companies last Friday, but this proved equally fruitless. Google searches around the theme of dividends has also produced zilch! I need the info' to complete an application for probate for my late father-in-law.
Thanks in advance,
Tim.

ps: they were the interims which is what you were looking for?

cheers

Timsk,

I'm not sure that you looking for this. I got it from their interim report on Investegate.

Dividend

We announced in February that, rather than make an assumption in the first part
of the year on the level of dividend growth, we would adopt a clearer practice
of declaring an interim dividend per share that is one-third of the total for
the prior year. In line with this policy, the Board has approved an interim
dividend of 6.7 pence per share (FY 2006: 20.0 pence). This will be paid on 5
October 2007 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24
August 2007.

BG mentions September 14. Check it yourself--Investegate-- right at the bottom of the report.

Glad you have your wife taking part in the action. Mine doesn't want to know---likes to go shopping, though!

Hi Jon / Split',
Thank you both very much - I've been tearing my hair out (the little I have left that is!) trying to get these figures. Indeed, it's the forthcoming interim's for both Co's that I need. The historical stuff is easy to get hold of but is useless for the probate application.
Thanks again chaps - really appreciate it!
Tim.
