diff qualifications FSA?

Any ideas what qualifications are needed to work on the dealing desk of a company?
Do these guys also trade themselves or are they simply filling orders?

Assuming you mean an FSA regulated company and Depending on what you exactly do there, you'll prob need FSA Regulatory paper and Securities paper (at the least - experience is usually required too).

Passing these exams is not going to create any great openings for you,
They are a basic, pretty much always taken only by staff funded by a firm
they already work for.
