deleted: Trojan program Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Agent.abtf Running module: wuauclt.exe\__c003F2A3.dat

everytime I turn the computer on and open a web page I am getting this warning about a Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Agent.abtf. I have Kaspersky which finds it and deletes it but it keeps coming back. Could someone tell me how do I get rid of it.
