Anyone familiar with a broker which provide futures demo account (at least limited trial period) for DAX instrument? I have NT8 Lifetime Licence and would like to backtest live data.

You can try this one, but I'm not sure if/how you can open a real account from the US in case you decide to do it.

How much are your monthly costs for FDAX data feed? How about comission per trade for 1 lot?
