Data Providers and API's

Hello gentlemen. Does anyone have any recommendations for a data provider in the UK? I need historic and streaming tick data but also a means, such as an api, whereby I can access live data programatically. Anyone ideas? I've already had the CQG api up and running but can no longer use that so I need something cheap and cheerful as replacement.

So I need intraday bars (Eg 1 hour) data for eg UK Ftse, DAX, S&P. I have tried a few APIs but struggling getting intraday data. Esignal doesn't offer anymore and the company they now recommend doesn't do intraday. Any thoughts anyone on a solution? So ideally, i just input a date range and it comes up with the OHLC for a number of bars based on the date range/time period I select
