Oil prices rose in volatile trading on Monday (13th June) with the WTI contract adding 26 cents to $120.93 a barrel as global supply was tight. The pace of growth outweighed concerns that demand would fall due to the number of Covid-19 infections that broke out in Beijing and multiple interest rate hikes.
