My name is **** .account number is ***. i have been threated and forced ask to closed my positions by Mr **** when i calling IG number 0207 896 0079 for discuss my trades. but i never said yes to close the trades during the phone call.but the trades still be closed.i think you should have phone Record system.
I closed my 2£ trades short china A50 at 10163 at 23:14 25/12/2014.
on Friday, 26 December 2014, 16:22 after seventeen hours I was informed the 2£ trades has been re-booked.

I did close my positions on Thursday night. On Friday, after seventeen hours I was informed the positions has been re-booked. This has caused me lose more money.
I don`t want this position to be re-booked. Would you please cancel the re-book for me.

1) I placed a market order accepted by IG platform and take £680 lost.
2) The new open position order(china a50) on my account without my Instruction. I do`t want take any profit or loss on it. So can you please cancel it.

still be closed.they said i disagree the order ,so they closed it at market price .but i first replay email disagree was on 27 December 2014 9:52 pm,not 29/12/2014.the help desk did not help at all and made even worst.
The delayed seventeen hours inform to me has caused me lose more money.
The trades opened at 10163 and closed at 11203.7 both without my Instruction.
I want cancel the 2£ china a50 open at 10163 and closed at 11203.7
