Colored PivotPoints with Alert indicator

Hi,

You guys asked for alert on Pivot indicator, so here it is.

First you must setup your smtp server. Then you can send emails for example to "Clickatell Bulk SMS Gateway" to get sms notification on your mobile.

Please report any bug and improvement ideas.
