Sadly Tightstops it wasn't.
Chatting to EK1 by im earlier and he had a few comp probs. So he didn't see the trade until it was way too late. Similar to your one the other day.

The last trade I put forward, (a few posts back, done by im and not posted). Went for most of the day, Then ammased a few bob on the back of the usa interest rate where it dived to within a couple of points of the target then reversed all the way up to where the stop was.
It was late evening, EK1 had gone home. I closed off my trade at the optimum point and had to watch a nice earner for the charity waste away into thin air from whence it came, because I couldn't get anyone to close it. It was one of those where you knew it was always going to run back up to your stop and put you into a negative position.

Not the ideal way to trade. We are imposing more restrictions on ourselves then the sb co are doing. Not EK1's fault. He has a living and a life outside of t2w.

So, What I respectfully suggest is that the 'order book' is moved around from mod to mod as need be, to cover this type of problem. With access via something like messenger.

We are just getting to grips with trading this way, but come on. Cap spreads have given us a no lose op to trade and make money for charity where everyone benefits.

I can't understand why so few people have put forward trade suggestions. I know it can be tough doing it this way. I prefer the hands on approach myself. But where are all the swing traders? This is supposed to be the number one trading site in Europe; let's make Cap spreads dig deep eh? And lets have more trade being placed. Not just the 2 per day.

Even give the trade selection to one person for a week at a time!
The only thing at stake is your image or your supposed 'standing' in the t2w community.
I think it shows how many people are trading and not just talking.

It doesn't matter if you fcuk up. It isn't your money, and this is a great way to make money for a good cause and make a name for yourself.

Trade result:
9.24 Buy 1 AUD/JPY @ 102.26
10.11 Stopped at 101.86
loss = £40

No other trades taken. As I said before it's difficult to put on trades and monitor positions all day, hence trades are only put on generally at or after 9.30am. Then trades are checked once or twice as the day progresses. Not ideal but it's the only way we can operate it at the moment without spending a lot of time.

Nothing from me today I'm afraid. (Wife wants to go shopping up the north part of the island):rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Still, prob the best day to do it. Think it's going to be a sideways chop across most of the board. So channel trades and small profits methinks.

Good weekend all.
