california securities sa in panama a scam
I would very much like to correspond with thistleboon (25 May 2008 message).
CSSA was registered by a lawyer Guevara (Chairman) in about 1997 in Panama. Known to have a small capital of 10,000USD. Had a lawyer Philip T Powers in Chicago (SEC has him before the courts for boiler room-connected activity and more} who organised a loan from a Jersey Island bank to allow CSSA and Pacific Continental Securities Ltd England (Closed and fined) to buy most of Laserlock Inc shares which were sold through boiler room activity (at much larger prices than they were paying for them) in Germany and England (these have since lost their licences). Philip held shares for CSSA (we have seven different addresses for this company in USA & Panama) as 'custodian' and later asked share owners for money for 'safe custody'. Later again CSSA Panama wrote to shareholders asking for 'safe custody' money OR forfeit their shares. Philip's pal Lichtenfeld (directors in the same company) wrote 'independent' analyst reports lauding the value of the shares....talk to me I know more...
Dear Grant, I have 5 addresses for CSSA in Panama and two addresses in Chicago. I have Powers as share custodian, share holder, company lawyer, negotiator of a loan to CSSA, agent for A-Street Capital, Sec and VP of A-Street, [President was L Lichtenfeld who also appears to be Principal of Global Corporate Analysis Inc. Strangely CSSA, A-Street Capital, Global Corporate and Powers all appear to have shared the same address and suite number in Chicago. Can you say if your were affected by any of their actions or the actions of IS Intersecurities?:?:It's a scam.
Grant.
ellio, please e-mail me. I am in contact with a number of victims and would like to share what we have done with you in exchange for information on 'bought contracts' you paid for. About the current share prices, it is necessary to go into the share reverse splits etc that have occurred. before deciding on the market value of them....JimGuys, I was affected by these guys too, do we have recourse to contact the German authorities regulating them at the time, essentially intersecurities sold me 10,000 intelisys shares and unbelievably these are now worth 2.5 to 1 with China Yida, with a value today of $40,000 dollars, yes $40,000 dollars. Is there any way the German authorities as regulators of these people will recognise the fraud? or do we indeed still hold the shares somewhere?
thanks,
I checked with China Yida direct and they said the current ratio 2.5 to 1, look forward to hearing from you, have recently been contacted by clavinanderson in Zurich too, guess what I told them too.
Unsure
Just want to know if they are genuine
We have been on to FSA who feel its not their business, Our continuing contact with BaFin is being stonewalled, our contact with the German Bar association is meeting heavy weather and our approaches to the Insolvency court and Berlin police is at a snail's pace....let me know if you wish to join our group....Jimthe split is only 2.5-1 according to China Yida, I emailed one of their guys in the US and he confirmed this.
Are the fsa or german equivalent in any way responsible for these guys actions, can we claim compensation?

Hi
I have "shares" in various companies which are held by California securities. I have tried on numerous occasions to get a response to my questions but to date no luck. I have their latest response directing me to a ISAS Gmbh at [email protected].
I have sent them an email and received a rapid response telling me they would respond in 6 to 8 weeks.
Hi:?:

Forestfan, you will have seen my posts outlining our victim actions. Our group has gathered a lot of information and are making some (slow) progress. Please let us know if you are willing to supply 'bought contract' notes to us in exchange for a report on our progress and activities to date. We will not divulge your identity unless we receive your approval to do so for specified purpose. JimHi
I have a paper trail with receipts for monies paid to cover shares in escrow. I dealt with Intersecurities Gmbh who used law firm Agnieszka Lysik and a bank in Frankfurt.
They continued trading as FSW but now have closed completely. I have emails from a former director promising action and answers but so far nothing. My "purchases go back to late 2003 and in totla it is over 50,000 USD.
I have notes for, Atlantic Wine,AngeCiti,Intelisys,City Network,Med Gen,Great West Gold/West Africa Gold,Australian Agriculture,Australian Forest.
