Bund oddness around 6pm?

I stepped away from my screen for a short while and noticed some rather odd behaviour in the bund when I came back over about a 2 minute period - the market oscillated about ten prices, back and forth about five or six times.

Was anyone watching the depth when this occured? was this a flip? or was there some news or something?
