I remember, there was a website called SAGE or something, they send you daily forecasts with bullish/bearish/neutral indicators. Not sure if this is what you are looking for. Also, if price is > 30% of PDC, then that's quite a bullish indicator as well. This can be determined even after the close of FTSE, while amerians are pushing it higher and higher.
