bullbearRSI = one of market breadth indicators.
Use RSI for filtering all stocks with RSI > 60 (bull) and all stocks with RSI < 40 (bear), so
We got bull & bear, smooth bull/bear line with moving average (5).
if bullish , bull line will go up, bear line will go down (green line).
if bearih , bear line will go up, bull line will go down ( red line ).
Composite index ( blue line ).
