For me it explained some of the more worrying patterns to my trading and gave me a few techniques to correct them... cant ask for much more than that for free... it was also just fascinating to hear it put into genetic terms, I'm not sure I would agree that genetics cant be overcome, I think he may be selling the mind and willpower a little short... but being the best trader within your type is a wonderful concept and perhaps a more realistic launching pad for some of us who are newer to trading and wonder why we seem to sabotage ourselves at times
