Hi all,

this is for blueyonder users.

email purporting to allow users to upgrade to a 4-meg connection speed for broadband.
email may contain a ZIP file, with an EXE within it.
( thats what I got. I decided to call blueyonder up, as soon as I saw the EXE !! )

blueyonder upgrades your speeds themselves, and do not require you to reset any connections, or to run any EXE files on your machine.

if possible, send email header details to abuse@blueyonder.co.uk
