I’m sharing my experience with ChangeNOW in hopes of getting advice or hearing if others have faced similar issues.
In March, I initiated a large crypto swap ($550,000) through ChangeNOW.io. Shortly after, I was asked to complete full KYC including ID and source of funds which I submitted in full. This case is tyed to Ticket #507360.
Since then, I hv had no clear communication or resolution. Support has been non-responsive, and public posts I've made asking for help have been taken down elsewhere. I’ve also reached out via DMs as instructed publicly by their team but received no reply.
I started looking into the broader picture and found that ChangeNOW is reportedly affiliated with Changelly. Other platforms like Atomic Wallet (which experienced a major security breach in 2023) and Guarda Wallet appear to have some integration or partnerships with them. All of this raises questions about shared infrastructure and transparency.
To be clear I’m not making accusations. I’m simply looking for answers and sharing this because all private avenues have been exhausted.
