Hello I have been trading for a few years have made money and lost money havent found my medium in trading yet but getting there .

Questian in these markets what is the best way to trade. These markets the last few months have know rules and go against all trading practices. So how do you trade them? All help is appreciated

you have to find your methods that suit your style of trading. we can't tell you anything. The best advice is use tight stops in this situation.
