Have you looked at the CBOT gold futures, either full size or 'minis' ? In which case Interactive Brokers or FuturesBetting are two obvious broker recommendations (depending on whether a spreadbet is legal / of any advantage to you in Romania).

I contacted Interactive Brokers a couple of weeks ago and they said they don't offer gold and silver spot trading

No, which is why I mentioned futures. What do you need from spot that the futures don't offer?
