Well....I would be referring to both, as one thing goes hand in hand with the other. But their gateway is not what I consider up to the standards one is looking for if one wants to Algo trade. We have had execution taking up to over seconds. Since we have been working close with them they have improved and about 95% of the orders we now have exectuted within 300 MS, but that is still way too long compared to todays demands.
To answer your first question, it's not that they don't want to, it's more that they are still not able to.......
