Hi guys, sorry if this has been discussed.

Currently I got offered a job as "Securities Services", does it help me to become a trader in future? If not mistaken I'll be dealing with the transactions made by traders and make sure it go through smoothly.

How is the job prospect for that? is it a high fix low bonus kinda job?

Maybe I should just apple for a research analyst in other firm

Thank you all in advance.

Back office to front office - very very difficult. The bigger the firm the harder the move in my oppinion . Anyway - good luck with it - it is possible. Never give up.
