Advice on using the anyoption platform

Response to bobmarley:
I traded on the anyoption platform last week and was happy with it. I didn’t have to download any software which is a bonus for me and my Oil option expired in the money and they credited my account immediately. I then withdrew the money which was also an easy process. The only negative was that their customer service took a while to respond to a question which I emailed over. Sorry but I don’t know anything about the company itself.

Hi guys,

I have come across Any Option and personally it wasn't for me. I thought their customer services was pretty poor to be honest. Like you Trader159, they took a long time to respond to my emails! Having said that though I did love the fact you didnt need to download there software which is rare!

I think there are better binaires companies out there. If you haven't done so you might want to try extrabet. There prices are pretty good.

If you are looking for a variety of bet durations then I would suggest ChoiceOdds. If you're like me and like 5 minutes and hourly bets, then ChoiceOdds would be a good place to start. They have these types of bets on all markets which Extrabet sadly dont.

I hope this helps!

My experience with anyoption site was great. Their customer service answered very quickly to my question and even spoke in my language – Spanish - which helped a lot! The site was easy to use, lots of assets and expiring times and as you all say….no download needed! For me, it’s my favorite site. I think that Choice Odds rates are not as good.

I found binary options trading more profitable for me anyways in terms of scalping deals as here even though the premiums are high I have a predetermined risk/reward ratio, used to trade with BOM for a while. lately I'm trading with http://www.startoptions.com those guys are owned by some of the big guys and still on their beta stage from what I understand. got my profits of $1500 last week and still trading currencies over there.

I saw Nadex offering and it seems interesting, though this operation is fully owned by the IG guys so I'm not sure if in practical it is something different as binaries are not ready yet to be an exchange (though I guess they manage to convince clients that way)

I'm into binary options myself both trading with Anyoption and StartOptions. There is also EZtrader.com. If you have a good 5 minute indicator and find the hourly breakouts. This can b very profitable :)

Well from i heard they are serious company who's taking care of the trader , i just open account there
and didn't any hard time to get reply from their support team . what other info you are looking for ?

I think anyoption is a good place to trade binary options. On the plus side they guarantee 15% back on out of the money options. That is pretty valuable. I think you should compare them to the other binary options broker. There are many out there, you just need to find the one that has what you want. Low minimums? High maximums? larger returns? These vary from broker to broker.

What kind of things going wrong are you referring to?

1) Client money safety in case of broker collapse/ fraud ( even in regulated market like Australia when trading with OTC product providers there is no safety of funds!
Only safety is if you trade exchange traded product ,through a exchange participant level broker!
2) Quality of dispute resolution about prices etc

For both I would prefer a regulatory environment like UK/USA / AUS or big EU not some small tax heaven country based broker

I believe when Refco in collapsed people who were dealing with Refco futures were ok but people trading FX lost the $
Point is even in regulated market like US if these things can happen to OTC product providers what chances you have in case of problems in places in Cyprus / Malta etc?

Personally I am more comfortable dealing with fixed-odds / binary services that either are gaming licensed or financial service authority licensed - at least one of those. Both sets of licenses require client funds to be held in non-operational accounts and with third parties so you have a reasonable level of protection.
