Anybody else ripped off by deal4free?

D4Free CFD - a bunch of *******

All the problems ive had since joining in AUGUST 2003: -

- on a short position, they took out money of the US equivalent share going ex-dividend (it was huge as the share in the US is $40-50 and only £2-3 in the UK)

- they did an liquidation order when there was no need to do it as i had plentiful free equity

- an amount of £1500 disappeared, from the account

** they fixed all the problems above saying it was a computer mistake which they had no control over and would make sure nothing like the above happens again.

*One thing they haven't fixed -
- on the 24th December 2003, i made a request to withdraw £1000 on a CHAPS order (instant transfer for a charge of £6.50) - its now 21st jan 2004 - have i got the money - NO!!!! :devilish:

i have now had to resort to get a letter from the bank manager stating that no money from deal4free has come through and send to CMCplc - *******s  - i cant assed with making sure if they've ****ed or not and getting the problem solved.

So once (or if) i get the money through i'm closing the account and moving to gni CFDs - I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE THOSE OF YOU WHO WANT HASSLE FREE TRADING - AVOID DEAL4FREE

I am not a CFD trader so do not endorse the above but nonetheless it may suit some of you that have experience of CFD's elsewhere.

Hope this helps.
